To better inform our customers, the lists below can be referenced to find your place in line for your unit to be serviced. It is not possible to provide anyone with a specific date or time range of when their unit will be serviced, as every unit is different as we go through the queue. Please keep in mind that any orders from now and through the end of 2023, will likely not begin to be serviced until sometime in 2024. This list will be updated as necessary so please check back!
Pending Service:
These units are waiting to be serviced. Depending on the complexity and time required, specifically restorations, most of these units will be serviced in the order they are received by Nabeel. However, less complex jobs such as a general cleanings or simple adjustments, that can be handled by one of our technicians, may be done sooner.
Units In Progress:
These units are currently being serviced. Several statuses can apply, including, but not limited to, waiting on customer response, waiting on parts, waiting on parts, and researching. If you have questions or concerns about your status, please feel free to contact us.
Ready For Pickup:
These units are ready to be picked up. It is greatly appreciated if these units are picked up as soon as conveniently possible to create room in our small shop. If you are unable to pickup your unit at this time, please notify us and we will work with you accordingly.

Beginning Friday, April 5, 2024, The Speaker Port will be open with new hours:
Fridays & Saturdays - 10am-2pm
Sundays - CLOSED
Friday/Saturday hours are temporary while Nabeel recovers from back surgery, however, moving forward, we will remain closed on Sundays.
We apologize for the obvious inconvenience. Our goal is to have The Speaker Port open with full-time hours. We appreciate your support and patience as we make moves to achieve that goal in the future.
