Due to the overwhelming demand for repair and restoration services as well as challenges in service part availability, turnaround times are running much longer than we would like. We do the best we can to process customer jobs in a timely manner and will continue to do so to the best of our ability. Any new major repairs and/or restoration jobs may not be delivered until towards later half or near the end of 2024 at the earliest. We sincerely apologize for the lengthy delay and truly appreciate your patience while we continue to work through our back log.
